Please change my IP profile!

Yes i am back again for another whinge, i am still on the dreadful 38/2 despite ordering unlimited fibre extra special 80/20 or whatever it is, Im currently 4 days into  my 14 allotted cancellation days should it not suit me, but the plusnetters have yet to update my ip profile to suit ones order.
P.s I cant actually get past 44/6-8  but i just wanted the extra upload speed, for which i am willing to pay extra for, well i am paying extra just not working yet wink wink nudge nudge

I'm wondering if the order hasn't gone through correctly on the wholesale side, let me go check.

Sorry about that, the order hadn't go through correctly. This should be sorted tomorrow morning.

Lucky you! I signed and have now also paid for Feb/March internet charges for a service that I am still not getting, report / ticket raised should have been sorted by now as plusnet stated that my ticket had been escalated to 4/2/16.    Im currently 7days into  my 14 allotted cancellation days should it not suit me, but the plusnetters have yet to update my ip profile to suit ones order. Still on 3.4mbs download .024 mbs upload.........

Have you made your own Post about your problem? I think being polite and having a little patience helps too, I see you copied my uber wording  ;).  Ringing them may help, if not ring to cancel, then order again thus giving your more days grace ..ahem  Crazy
