As the heading says can Someone from Plusnet staff please increase my Plusnet Profile to match my BTW profile, i had a drop on Tuesday and the BTW profile has increased a little yet even though it's been almost a couple of days the Plusnet profile has remained at the old level so a little nudge would be much appreciated,thanks.
