Our suppliers have completed the move to a different VLAN.

Can you confirm that your speeds are now back to normal (Might have to wait until tonight...)? -Anoush

I'll post random speed tests in evenings in coming days.

I noticed internet turn off at 1am today for about 2 minutes, maybe  that was the vlan change?

Looking good at the moment. Keep us posted over tonight if you can, and I’ll let QA know it’s worked so they can add this as an example to their further investigations.

Cheers for your help, though I think a yea or nay might just be needed.

Our suppliers should then be able to analyse it their side, check what they’ve done to resolve the problem (I believe a VLAN change isn’t as straightforward as you and I might think as there’s a lot of variables and moving parts) and then figure out any common themes with other circuits in a similar situation.
