Ok bud thanks different once so that why they told me to use the micro filter that was fixed brand new on the third engineer I think lol

Dont mess with your set-up, This is ongoing issue that PN n BT are fully aware of, many people have this issue. All your equipment is good. It would help if BTW further diagnostics worked.

I'm trying again to see if our suppliers QA team will move your circuit to a different VLAN.

I'll post back when I know more.

Whilst our suppliers QA team still aren't willing to move your circuit to different VLAN, I've been advised that they've raised it internally to check the back-haul network. I'll continue to chase for updates where required and I'll keep you posted.

Latest updates from QA advise that they haven't seen any obvious peaks in traffic on their back-haul network, but they've flagged a potential drop in traffic and are further investigating.

So far we're not heard anything further.
