Please Help Me. New Fibre Connection is not working at all

Can someone from Plusnet help me.  My new Fibre connection is not working.  Please help.

Have you received confirmation from Plusnet that your broadband’s ready to go? 

Try plugging your router into the test socket https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242

Report a fault at faults.plus.net if you’re still having issues as this will get you into queue for a faults agent to investigate and contact you.
