I am paying for high speed fibre but only getting low speed - so i asked sales to drop my payment to reflect this as the speed I am experiencing, the lower payment would cover me. I was directed to another department who notifies me that there is a possible fault on my high speed fibre and a fault ticket was raised of 106950788 and it was in your court. I was told that the issue was sent further up the chain. I have heard no more and the given date of action has passed. Please will someone update me? I have left messages on the ticket line which have gone unanswered and I am still paying for speeds in the high price range which the lower price range cope with. I would have at least expected a response and not to have resorted to telling everyone my story to try and shake someone into action. Still no action on this ticket since July 6!
