Playing online (pc)

I've tried playing BF4 as my one hub was connected yesterday and at first i was experiencing nothing the firewall  was just blocking it so i turned it off to see if that would work. it did but then i would just loose connection anyway in a session and find myself in offline mode and having to restart my PC to get back on.

I've read things about port forwarding and upnp but none of it makes sense to me as I've never done it before and I cant find examples with the plus-net hub manager's layout or the examples are over complicated or just out of date.

plz help if you can.

Re: Playing online (pc)

Hi @marcus19

We don't support port forwarding I'm afraid, so would need to direct you elsewhere for advise. However, are you using a wired or wireless connection for gaming?

If you could please send a message with your account username, I'd be happy to run some checks on the line.
