mm now i just seen a few red lines appear on graph = 100% packet loss or a short disconnect

The RTT is fine on every one of the images, the pings spiking to 65ms is odd. What is it actually pingng to get the results at the bottom and can the target be changed to something else in case it's the destination causing the issue.

Cheers for the Reply Chris i needed reassurance that nothing was madly adrift on the tests .
what i was concerned about was the regularity of the spikes , i have tried other sites with similar results but only saved BBC for consistency

Obviously 65ms is a fair bit higher than you normally get, but I wouldn't be too concerned about them really. Is the gaming still affected?

was wondering my TBB speed test has been odd for a few weeks , has this summat to do with it ?

That is also strange - what's your network setup like? Do you have any firewall or anti-virus programs running?

Firewall & antivirus what comes with win10     and Malewarebytes   and a LOT of common sense is all i use  
another TBB test this morning

I've run a few tests and I can't see any issues although apparently your Openreach modem isn't using the latest firmware.
Can you reboot it as it should pick up the latest one that way.
