Hello,
I noticed this evening my ping has suddenly increased for absolutely no reason and this is annoying me because I play video games online and I use to get a fairly low ping and now with it being so high, it causes a lot of lag. The last time this happened, a fault developed and had a Openreach engineer investigate the problem.
I know people don't usually respond to my post but I would like if Plusnet could investigate this on my account and see what could be causing this or maybe help resolve this problem another way.
