My phone line switched approx 7:30 this morning. My confirmation letter from plusnet said I would continue to receive broadband from previous supplier until it switched to plusnet fibre. This hasn’t happened. My old NOWTV fibre connection can no longer connect and Plusnet fibre won’t connect either. Is this normal?
