Phone line and Internet Problems

Keep having this strange issue when someone tries ringing my phone number just goes dead

Then after a few seconds knocks out my internet connection completely could I raise this as a fault possibly?

This should be reported as a phone fault. If you go through the troubleshooter it should automatically raise a fault ticket. Follow links from here. https://www.plus.net/help/phone/phone-line-troubleshooting/

If still an issue login the fault.
