Our phone and fibre service moved on 14th Jan and seemed to be working ok.
Only a house move (Plusnet to Plusnet)
But we now have no dial tone and obviously no fibre.
I went through the phone troubleshooting / line check page and it says "Our checks show that your phone service is with another provider. To fix any problems you're experiencing you'll need to contact them."
Welcome to the forums @amy402 . I assume that the 'check' is wrong, and you pay Plusnet for both phone and fibre? If so, I suggest you try ringing them and asking that the records are checked and amended as required.
Whilst on that call, report your problems as well.
