I've tested your line and it's showing a fault external to your premises, this has been reported to Openreach and the estimated response time is the 23rd June by the end of day.

Openreach have just left, I'm back up and running on phone and fibre Yey!.

I'll keep an eye on the connection for a couple of days but it all looks good.
