Phone and Broadband failed to activate on 19/03/2020
My phone and broadband service was due to switch yesterday. The connection with my previous provider stopped working yesterday morning, but my new line with you has failed to activate: I have now been without a phone or internet for 24 hours, and have not received any updates from you.
Could you please advise on the matter as soon as possible?
