Hi i received a activation email at 5.50am the phone works but fibre doesn't. I plugged the hub 1 in and waited ten mins and nothing. Tried resetting the router and the lights go green then blue for 30 seconds then orange with the red B lit up. I signed up for the 76mb package.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

It's unlikely the fibre will be activated yet. It usually needs an engineer to go to the local cabinet. They won' t start work until about 8:00. The phone activation is done remotely.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Your router is trying to connect with the wrong password, I've removed and readded the router to your account so this should push the correct details down to you. If it doesn't connect in 5 minutes, try a single factory reset and leave it to set up for 15 minutes.
