The speed of my broadband fluctuates an aweful lot and restarting the router doesn't seem to resolve it, is there anything else i can try?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing speed fluctuations. I've tested your line, however the test hasn't picked up any problems from here:
Is this issue solely affecting wireless connections or are wired connections affected too?
