Persistent Packet Loss problems

Hi guys is anyone else on fibre having ongoing packet loss problems?

The last week pretty much any online game has been unplayable. Extreme lag and packet loss 100+

Tried restarting router a few times and it seems OK for 10 mins then its back to bad ole packet loss

Is there a reliable tool I can use to diagnose this? Or is this something affecting all plusnet fibre customers recently?

I believe it is a general problem, if plusnet acknowledge it or not I don't know.

I am on ADSL2 with a little packet loss that is very noticeable when playing games.

Funny thing is I have a french server I set a VPN up on and so long as I route all my computers traffic through there I get 0% packet loss, just a slightly higher ping instead. This means that the issue is definitely with Plusnets networks somewhere.

Well i thought i posted a new topic but it didnt appear - very strange.

But this is basically the same thing as last time

ping is generally ok

packet loss and jitter on line problems making online gaming very poor

3rd test

4th test

Any idea whats causing it ? Already tried restarting router.
