Permanently slow download speed

Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed that my BB down speed has been low. I'm on Unlimited Fibre Extra and normally get a download IP profile close to 60Mbps.

At the moment, my profile seems locked in at 49Mbps and has been for ages.

I've done all the usual tests from my end with no resulting increase. On 27 April I started a ticket (124687161) which today seems to be stalled with the mesage, from the 27th, of 'Your support request has been escalated to the correct team for review'

Could someone at PN take a look at this ticket for me, and correct the fault?

I'm sorry to see there's been an issue. I've taken a look and ran some checks but no obvious causes for the problem were flagged up. Our faults team endeavour to respond to new tickets within 72 hours so you should hear back from them soon.
