Here's hoping someone at Plusnet can help me out here. Working from home so and every ounce of bandwidth I can get out of the line is essential.
Experience a break in connection - not the two week cycle thing! and the download sync dropped from an average 38 to 29.
Turned off the router, left it for 10 mins, turned back on and it's seems to be stuck at 29!
Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.
Rob.

To me your dsl connection stats, for example:
dsl:VDSL link Up: Down Rate=37093Kbps, Up Rate=6489Kbps, SNR Margin Down=0.00dB, SNR Margin Up=3.00dB
make no sense.
I would suspect that either your hub or equipment in the FTTC cabinet is on the blink.
Have you tried a factory reset by pushing a paperclip or similar in the hub reset hole? Keep the switch closed for about 30 seconds. It will then take several minutes to set itself up again from scratch.
If that fails you don't by any chance have a spare hub that you could try?

All back to normal again! - Something cabinet related, I think!
Thanks for taking the time to reply @Baldrick1
