Perfect line now distroyed in one Sunday afternoon

My line has been perfect for over a year until Sunday when a 3rd party working for BT was at our cabinet, my internet connect was dropping all afternoon, when the engineer had left my connect went stable again, but I have lost speed because the cabinet thinks my line has a fault, can my line be reset remotely I normally get 79999Kb but as you can see interleaving has kicked in

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your line.

I've tested your line and it looks like interleaving has indeed been added.

Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to remotely reset an FTTC line to remove interleaving.

We can only do this if the line speeds are being banded by DLM which I'm afraid isn't the case here

As long as the line stays mostly error-free DLM will most likely remove it but I'm afraid I can't give a timescale for when this will be.
