Password to connect iPad/iPhone

I recently upgraded to Fibre Optics - not a problem connecting the laptop but come to do the iPhone and iPad it keeps asking for password.  The password I had for my previous router doesnt work.  I did not receive an updated password.  What do I do ?

There should be both a removeable card and a label on the back of your new router with the wireless password.
