Hi,
is there away I can set the router to block all traffic at certain times. I would like to set it so there is no internet access from midnight but come back on at 7am. Can this be done?

Depends on which firmware the router is running.
If it R8 firmware you need to use telnet to achieve time of day (ToD) access control.

If it's running R10 firmware I believe there's a ToD access control feature available in the router GUI.

Thank you. I have v10 but I can't see any option to block all by time. I'd have to block by MAC 1st which is OK apart from someone in the house knows who to change a Mac on his PC.

Sorry I don't have a Technicolor router running here to check what it does so not sure how much help it will be.
The only way to identify a device is by it's mac address so you may have problems with that.
Another approach may be to create a guest wireless network and give the "chosen one" the password to that wifi and not the password to the main network. This can be blocked / allowed using a telnet script run from from your PC.

You would need to change the main wifi password and the routers main (GUI)  password and if the chosen one is especially creative also disable the factory reset button.

Be very careful with this -- note the warnings.
After all that, the router ethernet ports will still be available, so you may need to lock the router in a cupboard.
