Hello there. We paid £49.99 for phone line installation and set up an appointment for the 19th however nobody came on the day despite staying in all day waiting. It turns out it wasn't needed, however we have not been refunded the installation fee (separate to the activation fee which we understand applies to every order) given that nobody came out and we were not updated on anything about this. We have also still not received our router. i could understand if somebody was sent out to carry out the work but we were not even informed that nobody was coming and we waited in for them expecting them. Is there anything that you can do to help us out here?
