Pages and images not loading

So I'm not too sure about this, I originally thought it was a cache issue because pages don't load first time but then refresh and load. Also on Facebook some images show others don't.
Clearing the cache in Chrome doesn't seem to have an effect but restarting my Plusnet router does. Is this something to do with the router as a result?

Hi there,
Your description sounds like it could have been a DNS issue, that shouldn't be related to the router directly unless some settings have been altered.
We can only see a single disconnection logged over the past week or so so we'd assume this wasn't an issue for long thankfully.
Were you able to try another browser such as Internet Explorer to see if that made any difference? I'd try that if it happens again.

same here.dont think its a dns issue because i changed to open dns and the problem still there.probably gateway issue.its making fast pace data games unplayable
