What is the cause of this and how could i fix it?
I am connected with an Ethernet cable.
If i tracert an ip i get packet loss in some locations but if i ping an ip all i get is decent ping and some ping spikes.
Whilst i'm in games i also get ping spikes.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

For some customers on Plusnet's new network, it's normal that the first two hops after your router don't respond to ping and don't appear in a traceroute. This does not indicate any problem.
