I know it's not just me but I know someone who works they and he saying according to them they fixed it but I'm still seeing me and others still getting lots of packet lost at least 25% not had a problem with Plusnet til now if I didn't know someone working there I'd be raving at Plusnet suppose to have good customer service don't say anything about a mess up on they end
