Packet loss due to firmware update

Hi, just been browsing through the plusnet forums to see if anyone else has been getting packet loss, and I saw a guy that had this too(using LAN) he managed to fix this by getting a firmware update, and I just checked mine, and my firmware hasn't been updated for nearly 2 years on my hub one.. 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 that's the version.

Hi @YungTxz, could you confirm the serial number on your router and I'll put a request through to the relevant department to see if we can get an update pushed through to your device for you.
