Packet loss and ping spikes past week or so

Hi,

I am experiencing packet loss and ping spikes for quite some time now. Is there a technician able to look into my connection.

I have spikes of +150 and packet loss intervals sporadically. making gaming unplayable. there are times of no connection issues, but then the packet loss will return again. 

Power cycled the router a few time, fails to clear the issue.

@Kivan12 Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
