Having big issues of no data transfers. Go to load up google or something and it just hangs and does nothing.
So, set up a DMZ on my Hub One as from what I believe this is the only way to use the Thinkbroadband Quality Monitor. If I've done it right the results of Packet Loss are shocking!!
Not too sure if using my phone as the DMZ is the right thing though. I can confirm that I was at home between the hours of 12am and 6am and have been in since 4pm.
Any ideas?!!! The loss of connection has been ongoing since I joined Plusnet 6 months ago but have just learnt to deal with it as only have 12 months to go on my contract!!

Does your phone respond to pings?
I've just tried pinging my HTC10 and it didn't respond.
