Packet Loss

Since I think about the 29th I've been experiencing constant packet loss on all websites, watching videos and worst during gaming.

I'm using ethernet have tried wireless but the same still happens. 

During games it seems to get higher loss during more intensive parts .

Our tests are finding a external fault on your line which is most likely the cause.

I'm getting this raised for you.

I'm getting consistent packet loss, to a number of connections - picture attached..

Our tests aren't showing any issues.

I can see my colleague asked you to test another router?

Thank you for raising it. I hope they can get back to me soon right now the connection is unusable and I am lookiing to switch provider after I got off the phone with support who basically just said they would not do anything to fix packet loss as it's not something they have to deal with.

And over a week later the support tickets say that it's working fine...

 

And gaming is still not possible at all on this.
