Quite some months ago i had packet loss so i changed the router and it fixed it, and its been fine until just two days ago i've been getting packet loss and my brother is getting it as well, what is the cause of this?

PN,s New network
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

No !! they are not a bad company ,,, BUT are heading that way
with the lack of decent support , Long wait times on Phone , Removing Ticket system , Ancient account system , and Email service in dire need of a update .
BUT its ok they giving Broadband away for free
