Packet Loss caused by ???

So... gets cold and seems PN start dropping my packets... I guess they must get frozen in the "pipe" shame payment to them can't do the same..

Nothing mentioned on the status pages about any planned outages or any outage.

Anyone else having this issue? I don't really want to wait on the phone for an hour to just be told to reset the router or that there is no reason it is doing it.

Re: Packet Loss caused by ???

fwiw, I am seeing alleged packet loss only when using TBB's BQM when I moved from a 209.x to 146.x IP address following a router restart last week.

Re: Packet Loss caused by ???

Hmm I might need to monitor it with something else as well then, I guess it is possible that TBB's connection to me is not the greatest.

At the moment I have a 51.6.xxx.xxx IP , not sure if that is good or bad, I don't tend to take note of it changing.

Re: Packet Loss caused by ???

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing packet loss.

Our tests aren't detecting any issues. Are your devices wired to your router or using WiFi?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
