Packet Loss caused by ???

So... gets cold and seems PN start dropping my packets... I guess they must get frozen in the "pipe" shame payment to them can't do the same..
Nothing mentioned on the status pages about any planned outages or any outage.
Anyone else having this issue? I don't really want to wait on the phone for an hour to just be told to reset the router or that there is no reason it is doing it.

fwiw, I am seeing alleged packet loss only when using TBB's BQM when I moved from a 209.x to 146.x IP address following a router restart last week.

Hmm I might need to monitor it with something else as well then, I guess it is possible that TBB's connection to me is not the greatest.
At the moment I have a 51.6.xxx.xxx IP , not sure if that is good or bad, I don't tend to take note of it changing.
