Thanks for getting back to us. We can definitely see the connection is still dropping, so I have contacted the relevant team to update the firmware on the router. Once this has been done I will update you via the account, and we would ask during this time if you can leave the router on without perform any factory resets.

I can confirm the HubOne is on, and that no factory resets will be attempted.
Fyi the router is reporting: Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 Last updated Unknown
Is there a newer version available, or are you hoping to modify it to tweak something?

The firmware version is a revision specific to this type of issue and we are trying to clarify if this is going to be a permanent update for all our Hub One users.
I have checked to see if the version has been rolled out and it doesn't appear to as of yet however, once complete the firmware version you have quoted will change.

My HubOne appeared to update on the 30th Aug. Allow me to pause this post as I touch wood... [touched]... it seems to have been fine ever since [touches wood again]! In fact better than fine. I'm syncing seemingly faster than before - just now 64/20
I so hope I haven't jinxed it!
