Sure, no problem.
If it helps, I always notice this packet loss when certain events occur, such as: A new round begins, you see an enemy, the bomb explodes. (This on CS:GO, of course.
Thanks.

No, the change is just in the background. No improvement I take it?

Unfortunately Valve are really secretive with the IP address, I can provide the following:
Connected to =[A:1:1503666187:10398]:0
hostname: Valve CS:GO EU West Server (srcds025.138.25)
version : 1.36.4.4 secure
os : Linux
Their west server is luxembourg which could be any of these:
"relay_addresses": [ | |
"146.66.154.20:27015-27052",
"146.66.154.21:27015-27052",
"146.66.154.22:27015-27052",

Hi @MikeJ123
Thanks for the patience. We've a number of interfaces that your traffic is running over and although we can't *see* a particular issue, we are by the process of elimination disabling them one at a time to see if it improves your gaming.
We've just disabled another interface. How is it now?

Any change?
When you say "packet loss" are you seeing that in MTRs? Or is there something in Counterstrike telling you? (Been years since I played it!)

This is something CS as per net_graph (a console command) and is also very visible due to movements being off, sounds being off etc.
Currently testing again now to see if there's any improvement.
Thanks.

Issue is still present, I have also attached an image which may help you understand. This happened immediately after killing somebody.
Thanks.

We've exhausted that line of testing. There is another set of interfaces we can test, but that requires a bit more planning.
In the meantime I've given you a static IP which seemed to fix the issue before. Please reboot your router and confirm that the packet loss has gone please?
Once we've got a plan together for the next test, we'll be in contact on this thread if that's ok? We'd like to get to the bottom of this.
