PS side line speed request...
Hi there,
For a long time, my BT IP profile has been around 62mbps. It has however, recently increased to 72mbps:
Would a kindly Plusnet employee please give the connection speed on your side of the system a nudge to match? It is still stuck at the previous value (64mbps).

Hi there.
I've just increased the profile on our end now.
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect you should see a improvement. Alternatively just reboot your router.
