PPoE timeouts

Good morning,
So I've just recently switched to a Fritzbox 7390 and it was stable. Now I've been getting loads of PPoE timeouts, speed hasn't dropped.

I've followed the guides, so settings are correct. I'm also running the master socket to try and rule out any problems.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi @etdsaunders,

As requested I've run some testing on both the broadband and phone components of your service and found the below:

On the back of these results I've raised a fault with Openreach and we're being given an estimated response time of 13/11/2018 by 23:59.

Please bear in mind that this is an estimate and subject to potential delay but in the same vein could be repaired earlier.

If you need anything in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.
