PPPOE Drops due to PADT packets

I keep getting disconnected every 30 minutes or so and am getting the below errors in my router log:

I am experiencing exactly the same issue. The disconnect period varies between 10 mins and 50 mins and has been happening for the last few days. I have registered a support call and will post the reply here

Do you have a Google Chromecast by any chance? And if so are you using the Plusnet HUB One or a BT HomeHub 5?

If yes to both questions then it is an issue between the Chromecast and the router software. You will need to unplug the chromecast to solve the problem. A fix is available for the Chromecast but the issue is that you cannot connect it to the 2 routers mentioned to get the fix as they crash as soon as they see the Chromecast device!
