What error does it show?
Hard to say , but it sounds like whatever you are using to test has something stopping the tests.
That said, you can only do 3 tests in a giver period on BTW speedtest, and you are not being very cooperative sharing information that would help diagnose your problem.

How am i not being co-operative? i posted a screenshot of the message it gives me...
3 browsers, 2 different computers, same error.

Hi there.
From what I can see the speed profile on your account has been automatically reset to standard broadband speeds at max 21mbps. As you've got a static IP you'd unfortunately be restricted by this profile if set too low.
I've increased this now to 40mbps as per the package you're on.
Could you reboot your router letting us know how it goes please?
With regards to the higher sync rate you're seeing it looks like you're provisioned on 80/20 however I can see our products team are doing work to move you to the correct provisioned product of 40/10 (you shouldn't notice this change).
