PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

Connection drops - interrupts my internet connection.

 

Log on router shows - PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

 

It then reconnects until it does it again.

Sorry to hear you're having connection issues.

 

Our tests aren't showing the cause of that.

Unfortunately due to the amount, our suppliers wouldn't accept a fault report to further investigate.

Do you notice more drops than indicated below?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Those drops seem to match up with what we're seeing. Unfortunately due to the frequency and as we're not finding the cause of the drops our suppliers wouldn't accept a fault report unless they were happening more often.

I assume by supplier you mean Openreach?

How many times would it need to stop to get them to look further?
