PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request] - Causing connection Drop

I've had a solid connection for months, up to now, with no problems. Recently (began 3 days ago) the Hub one keeps dropping the VDSL connection randomly, then takes 4-5 Mins to come back up. The Hub one is connected to the master socket (a brand new Master socket 5C), and I've disconnected the voice extension. Looking in the log, the disconnect looks to be caused by a 'PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]' It happens 3-4 times a day

Log:

14:22:57, 17 Apr. ( 8143.660000) CWMP: session closed due to error: Could not resolve host

Any help is much appreciated

Re: PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request] - Causing connection Drop

Our tests aren't showing any obvious cause although we can see it is dropping.

If it continues I'd recommend raising a fault here
