Hi Plusnet,
I don't remember for sure if I am on the fibre package, but have at the very least been experiencing a similar problem. The router is receiving termination requests and the connection drops multiple times a day. Our speed has been severely throttled as a result of the frequent disconnections and I'd obviously like to get this resolved! Please find attached a log from the router demonstrating the termination requests and the enormous SNR margin.
The router is currently on firmware version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2
If there is any more information I can provide, please let me know.

Tom, those logs show your line is dropping sync. it's different to the issue being discussed in the proceeding posts. Would suggest you report a line fault if you haven't already.
You're on the latest firmware.
