Hi
Could a staff member please check to see if my PN speed profile is aligned with my lines BTW IP profile?
The BTW IP profile is currently just over 69 Mbps.

Hi @RichardB, I'm sorry to hear your accounts speed profile looks to be lower than expected. I can see you're in sync at 75.8Mbps so have bumped your IP profile up above this. When testing your conenction it does look like the overall speeds have dipped down to 69.5Mbps downlaod at some point which could very well explain the account profile dropping to match this and jsut taking a little while longer to jump back up. You should be able to see the change pretty much straight away but if not then turning off and abck on your rotuer will do the trick. If there's anything we can help you with moving forwards then please don't hesitate tog et back in touch.

Thank you for adjusting the PN profile.
The download speed has increased after I dropped & reconnected the PPPoE
