Hi @RichardB, I'm sorry to hear your accounts speed profile looks to be lower than expected. I can see you're in sync at 75.8Mbps so have bumped your IP profile up above this. When testing your conenction it does look like the overall speeds have dipped down to 69.5Mbps downlaod at some point which could very well explain the account profile dropping to match this and jsut taking a little while longer to jump back up. You should be able to see the change pretty much straight away but if not then turning off and abck on your rotuer will do the trick.
