I've been using the router since day 1 it's been great but it's life expectancy seems a little short not lasting longer than 2 weeks
I've tried looking on the help section but can't seem to find out how i go about getting it replaced...
it just click/popped and now it doesn't power up

If its the one with silly pink legs with a load of cables spewing out the back then it's probably for the best.
You could take the opportunity to buy your own and get a good one.

Currently using the Hub One on ADSL while waiting for FTTC to be activated.
My Hub One made a loud popping/clicking sound last night and dropped the connection. It reconnected after several minutes and seems okay now.
