PN Staff: Session reset please

Hi,
Could someone from plusnet please have a look at my connection. It looks like I may have a stale PPP session that is preventing me from connecting.
After yesterday's issues I'd tried changing dns servers in the hope it'd help. The connection had been working fine until about 7.30pm when I started getting dns issues again. I tried changing dns servers once more, but now I'm just getting PPP errors in my connection logs with timeouts waiting for PADO packets. I left the router switched off overnight in the hope the session might clear itself but while the connection has synced at the usual 80/20, I've still got no PPP connection this morning.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,
Sorry to hear about the PPP issue.
I've performed a session kill for you.  Hopefully your connection will be restored shortly.

Hi Steve, excellent thanks for that. According to my TBB BQM graph it looks like my connection is back up and running, but I'll check for sure when I get back home from work. Thanks again.
