PN Staff: Session Reset Please

Hi

Could someone from Plusnet please have a look at my connection. It looks like I may have a stale PPP session that is preventing me from connecting. I've tried two modem routers but can't clear the fault my end.

The connection had been working fine until about 16.20 when it just dropped out completely. I tried changing DNS servers but I'm just getting PPP errors in my connection logs with timeouts waiting for PADO packets.

Thanks

Already tried that. Also tried two different modem/routers.

Have you tried your phone line, is it working OK?

If so, you would probably be quicker giving them a ring, there has not been a lot of CS activity on here of late!

Re: PN Staff: Session Reset Please

Phone line is ok. Will call support. I had to reboot my ASUS modem/router which caused the session to end incorrectly. I've had this issue before. I either leave it off overnight or try calling support. It's a bit hit and miss with support Sad
