i was on a good Gateway cant remember which , but this morning i noticed this  Roll_eyes  am now get awful buffering on BBC i player  now on PCL-BNG2
Asus ROG Hero Vii Z97 , Intel i5 4690k ,ROG Asus Strix 1070,
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

That looks like you line has been put on an interleaving profile.... lost G.INP maybe...
The only think I can see there that is Plusnet's fault is the jitter between 5.30 & 10am drop!

Oh OK well then it looks like DLM has found a reason ti activate interleaving on your line then!
