Email received telling me fibre is now live, and to plug in my PLUS ONE ROUTER
HOWEVER, FIBRE IS NOT LIVE TO ME !!!!
WHY LIE?
Checked my speed and the BEST I get is 6.2mbps.
Checked my router and modulation is G.992.5 Annex A.
STILL ADSL!!!!
I might not be so annoyed if it had not taken 26 days to change from John Lewis(plusnet) adsl 6mbps, to plusnet fibre, and still find myself on ADSL.
There is MORE history to this farce, and that is why I am so annoyed to STILL find myself on ADSL WHILE PAYING FOR FIBRE WITH A GUARANTEED SPEED OF MINIMUM 30MBPS, SAYS PLUSNET.
IS ANYONE FROM PLUSNET READING THIS?
