Overnight PPP session drop? Maintainance ?

Hi,
Our router lost its PPP session in the early hours of this morning for around 1.5 hours from about 3am. Our line remained sync'd / connected, and the router didn't reboot.
Was there some sort of maintenance work going on overnight or do we potentially have a problem somewhere?

Re: Overnight PPP session drop? Maintainance ?

There's maintenance pretty much every night in different exchanges/nodes etc. If there are ones scheduled to impact a large number of people we'll post them up at status.plus.net, however this week there were mainly smaller impacting ones (which are probably what caused your PPP drop)>

Thanks for replying Chris. Will ignore this for now and I guess raise a fault if it keeps happening.

Most general maintenance is posted here - http://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/ If you put your area code in the checker, it might give you an idea of what maintenance took place last night.

Re: Overnight PPP session drop? Maintainance ?

I had a 20min or period where I couldn't get a PPP connection just after midnight earlier in the week.
I only noticed because I lost IPv6 (Don't currently have my 6in4 tunnel configured to failover to my other connection) and that took out the connection between outlook and o365.
