This is yet another issue regarding my monthly payments. I've been charged £34.24 a month for my fibre broadband when the guy on the phone said if I upgrade to fibre, all moving costs would be waivered and that it would be just 50p more than the standard broadband. Since moving I was charged installation costs, moving costs etc which came to a couple hundred... All was refunded eventually after flagging it up. if I hadn't I think they would have not mentioned anything... but now i'm being charged over a tenner more a month?! How can this contract go wrong so many times? Again, I want this sorted please. I don't have time to wait on the phone for hours on hold so can someone please sort this and refund me and make sure that I'm being charged correctly for the next (lord help me) 2ish years.
